A transmission from Scout Dalek Saucer 432/948/2 shows twin Dalek scouting crafts entering a subspace rupture, suffering power loss, and crashing into a moon in Dalek outpost sector gamma/red/delta.23. On landing, they come under attack from swarming flesh-eating insects resistant to Dalek fire-power, which disrupt their communications systems, break into casings, and start to consume them. Dalek self-destruct is initiated.
