Psychosynthesis was a process by which matter could be created, possibly by psychic energy being gathered by thought or will. Omega created mutants through psychosynthesis, though the Ergon was one of his less successful attempts. (TV: Arc of Infinity) He may also have created the gell guards through this process as his will shaped the anti-matter universe, (TV: The Three Doctors) and the Celestial Toymaker used psychosynthetic powers to create whatever he willed. (AUDIO: The Magic Mousetrap)
