Mrs Wright (née Bettingham-Smith) was the wife of Dr Edward Wright. They married in August 1939 and had a son, followed by a daughter named Polly in 1942, two more sons and Miles. (AUDIO: Resistance; PROSE: Invasion of the Cat-People)
Mrs Wright loved The Sword of Damocles, a film that her daughter had also seen. (PROSE: Dying in the Sun) She was ecstatic when Polly stopped working at a charity shop after only a week in 1963 (PROSE: Ten Little Aliens) and, like her husband, was horrified when she brought home Ben Jackson. (AUDIO: The Five Companions)
