Fluxford was a walled city on Avalon and the seat of power in the South Share of Elbyon. It was located in a river valley, with the city spread across both banks of the River Flux with a large bridge linking the two sides. At the top of a hilltop overlooking the rest of the city was Fluxford Castle, from which Sir Stephan Palbury ruled the city.
The First Doctor, Susan, Barbara, and Ian stayed in the city during some their time on Avalon in 2991. (PROSE: The Sorcerer's Apprentice)
