A warrior with a large executioner's axe was one of many traps in Marinus' Screaming Jungle which guarded the way to one of the keys to the Conscience of Marinus.
The warrior raised its axe to attack Ian, but Barbara warned him to get out of the way. (TV: The Keys of Marinus)
