A race of Daleks who passed themselves off as Defence Drones were imperfectly cloned from the remains of the the Reconnaissance Scout Dalek fought of by Team TARDIS in 2018 England. They were all black Daleks regardless of rank and had a unique design with no plunger-like manipulator arm. (TV: Revolution of the Daleks)
