The Kempes District of the City of the Saved was a seaside town that bordered Manfold known for being dull and dismal. Urbanus Ignotus traveled here on behalf of his great grandfather in search of the source why people were suddenly able to be harmed, believing that it instead was damageable homunculi for usage in the family business.
