A Telosian Cyber-Controller served on Isos II following a failed invasion of Earth by the "Early CyberFaction" in 1969.

Biography

In the immediate aftermath of the Early CyberFaction's failed invasion of Earth in 1969, (TV: The Invasion) a Cyber-ship survived the destruction of the Cybermen's invasion fleet and fled to Isos II. The Cyber-Leader in command of the Cyber-ship reactivated the Cyber-Controller to lead a counterattack on Earth; the Cyber-Controller intended to lure an investigative force from Isos to Isos II and cyber-convert them to rebuild a force of Cybermen, before using the monorail network underneath Isos II's city to open a wormhole to Earth.

However, the Cyber-Controller and its fellow Cybermen were ultimately stopped by the Second Doctor and Hilsee, a partially-converted Cyberman from the Cybermen's invasion of Isos II in preparation for their initial attack on Earth. After the Second Doctor hijacked the controls of the monorail pod to enter a wormhole with no exit, Hilsee threw the Doctor out of the pod before it sealed completely, sacrificing himself to ensure that the pod was destroyed. The Cyber-Controller fought Hilsee to stop him from manually activating the pod, but was unsuccessful. As the pod rapidly increased in speed towards its destruction, the Cyber-Controller counted down until the pod's destruction, until the pod reached the wormhole and exploded, killing the Cyber-Controller, Hilsee, and destroying the abandoned city on the surface of Isos II. (AUDIO: The Isos Network)
