Sisterman Constant was a medical professional on Mondas. She was also a selector, a person who recommended citizens to be called up to work crews who were breaking through the roof of the city to the surface of the planet. When Zheng took command after the power went down, he placed her on the conversion line and she underwent cyber-conversion. After Zheng was apparently destroyed, she continued working for Doctorman Allan and was present when Zheng revealed himself not to be destroyed to Allan and announced his intent to begin processing again.
