Nikola Tesla's Word Search of Wonder was a narrative game published in Doctor Who The Official Annual 2021. Like all the games in the book save for NOTVALID: Colour Chameleon, it tied in with a specific episode of Series 12 of Doctor Who, in this case TV: Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror.
As the reader was invited to see themselves as the main character of the game — being addressed directly by Nikola Tesla — the story, such as it is, is held to break the fourth wall and is not considered a valid source by this Wiki.
Summary
