Flitamus was the ruler of Chiroptera. He thought himself the defender of all faiths and hence changed his religion each morning and attacked people who wore the wrong hat. He often went on crusades, and would have used Dirani's people to go on them.
He started a sword fight with Pteratrark. During said fight, Flitamus noted that he was lucky that he was worshipped as an angry god on that day. Pheen-Tu noticed the deceit and conceit in what he said to him. He knew of Mandrake's plan. (AUDIO: The Widow's Assassin)
