Raltan was a 62-year-old Sorvix politician.
He had two hatch-children.
He was invited by the mayor's office to inspect Cardiff Bay Intelligent Hotel and Spa and bring with him separatists from his party. The hotel killed him by pouring acid into his bathtub and dissolving his body.
