Raagr'ans were a long-lived species that came, according to the Seventh Doctor, from somewhere near Betelgeuse. One of them, Uriel, pretended to be a Time Lord in order to commandeer the Doctor's TARDIS. (PROSE: Sunday Afternoon, AD 848,988)
