Kantihif Havteg was a Venusian. He was a member of the clan Rimikugih, and part of the anti-Acceptancer Rocketeer faction. He kidnapped Ian Chesterton, hoping he could help the Venusians build rockets so their race could escape to Earth. (PROSE: Venusian Lullaby)
