ATB Publishing was a publishing imprint owned and operated by Arnold T. Blumberg. It was the publisher of two essay collections on classic and modern Doctor Who, Outside In and Outside In 2, as well as the non-fiction historical book, Red White and Who: The Story of Doctor Who in America.
