Bert Sims (29 October 1884-12 April 1972[1]) played the uncredited corpse of a newspaper seller in the Doctor Who television story The Web of Fear. (DWM 235)
He took a number of small roles in his television career, including as another newspaper seller in an episode of 1970s sitcom Never Mind the Quality, Feel the Width.
He was the oldest actor to have appeared in Doctor Who at the time of his death.
