Devo Spice is the stage name of American nerdcore rapper, artist, and actor Tom Rockwell. In 2013 he wrote and performed the Doctor Who 50th-anniverary concept album I Am the Doctor.
Rockwell is also known for hosting The FuMP, a website archive, record label, and podcast centred around comedy-based music.
He is the father of three children and lives in New Jersey.
