An unnamed captain was in charge of the prison station where Davros was held in suspended animation.

The captain was apparently unfit to hold his position and the station crew lived in fear of him. One of his last actions was to assign Mercer to the position of Officer of the Watch on the station's graveyard shift after the newcomer was foolish enough to make a formal complaint.

The captain was killed, along with half the crew, when the station was attacked by the Daleks. (TV: Resurrection of the Daleks)
