Baroques were a species of humanoid goats.

Baroques looked humanoid in general makeup, but their heads had features normally attributed to goats - particularly the horns. They also would frequently make bleating sounds similar to those of Earth goats. (AUDIO: The Scapegoat)

The Baroque made use of quantic technology, including quantic reanimators to regenerate recent injuries, and quantograms to change the outward appearance of objects and people.
