The Nazis were members of a violent and racist political party in Germany. They came to power there under Adolf Hitler in 1933. The Doctor fought Nazis and neo-Nazis on a number of occasions. Varios aliens that the doctor had encountered had also got mixed in with the nazis. For Example the Timewyrm in a parallel time line made the Nazis win the war. (NA: Timewyrm: Exodus)
