Yalta was the location where Winston Churchill, Joseph Stalin and Franklin Delano Roosevelt met to discuss the partitioning of Europe after World War II. The meeting of Gaius Calaphilus, Gemellus and Thalius Maximus reminded Ian Chesterton of the photographs he had seen of seen of this summit. (PROSE: Byzantium!)
