Stefan Lehne was a British agent in West Berlin in 1965. He met with Ian Gilmore and Rachel Jensen. He was part of a plan to manipulate Rachel to get her under foreign control using a form of mind control. When Toby Kinsella realised what was happening, Lehne tried to get him killed at the border but was shot and killed by the border guards. (AUDIO: Unto the Breach)
