He was enlisted as an [[Earth Alliance]] [[Spacer]] after an attempted [[Dalek]] invasion of the colony, where he managed to stop the invasion. He blamed the Spacers for the Daleks coming. Salus Kade was a colonist on Talis Minor.

Salus Kade spent most of his time catching Bactos for food and to make their hides into clothing. He was enlisted as an Earth Alliance Spacer after an attempted Dalek invasion of the colony, where he managed to stop the invasion. He blamed the Spacers for the Daleks coming.
