A pirate guard was a member of Maurice Caven's band of argonite pirates based on Ta.
He guarded the captured Second Doctor, Jamie McCrimmon, Zoe Heriot, Milo Clancey and Dom Issigri.
While trying to escape Ta in one of the pirate's Beta Darts, the guard, along with the other pirates, was killed when Major Ian Warne destroyed the Beta Dart. (TV: The Space Pirates)
