Miriam Scarrity helped to ran her husband, Albert's, carnival freak show in 19th century England, she was also a petty criminal and thief.
Biography
Miriam was married to Albert Scarrity and had three children, Jenny, Dorothy and Barty Scarrity. Jenny, in particular, disproved of Miriam's petty crimes. Eventually Jenny ran away from the carnival and soon afterwards Miriam's 5 year old son, Barty, also disappeared. (AUDIO: Family Matters)
