Millennius was a city located on Marinus. According to the legal system of Millennius, a defendant accused of a crime was considered guilty until proven innocent. Ian Chesterton was thus already guilty of the crime for which he was accused, namely the murder of Eprin, but was eventually proven innocent. (TV: The Keys of Marinus)
