The West Country Children's Home was located in Gloucester. Rupert Pink was a child living here in the 1990s. A man named Reg also worked there.
The Twelfth Doctor and Clara Oswald unintentionally visited the home after the latter piloted the TARDIS using its telepathic circuits. (TV: Listen)
