Minnie Hooper, who referred to herself as Minnie the Menace, was an outgoing friend of Wilfred Mott and a member of the Silver Cloak.
She was locked inside an old 1960s police box for "misbehaving" on a bank holiday in August 1962, a story which she told to her fellow pensioners when searching for the Doctor's TARDIS.
After tracking down the Tenth Doctor with the Silver Cloak group, she wanted to have a photo taken with the "handsome man", as she described the Doctor. She became the Saxon Master along with the rest of the human race.
She later attended Donna Noble and Shaun Temple's wedding in the spring of 2010 where she teased Wilf by telling him she was going to catch him as her man. (TV: The End of Time)
