Lieutenant Neville Verdana was a member of PRISM. A communications officer from Barbados, he had to listen in on the Myloki transmissions and grew to loathe Grant Matthews for being made immortal, something Neville felt he deserved more. Instead, exposure to Myloki signals had given him cancer.
After leaving the organisation, he published a book about the Myloki invasion called Message is Clear - A Memory of the Secret War in part to expose Matthew. He spent his last years back in the Caribbean fighting to stay alive out of a desire to 'win' against Matthews.(PROSE: The Indestructible Man)
