The maximum security facility was an intergalactic prison 79 billion light years away from Earth. (TV: Revolution of the Daleks)
The Thirteenth Doctor was once captured by a Judoon cold case unit and sentenced to "whole of life imprisonment" to the Judoon's maximum security facility, both for going against the Division and for an additional 7000 charges against her. (TV: The Timeless Children)
The prison also contained a multitude of other convicted beings, such as a Weeping Angel, an Ood, a Sycorax, a Pting, a Silent, a Skithra and a Thijarian. The Doctor was eventually rescued by Captain Jack Harkness. (TV: Revolution of the Daleks)
