Hatch referred to Orr as a "shapeshifting ladyboy", since they were neither male nor female, as a sexual xenomorph. (AUDIO: Orr)
Behind the scenes
In the real world, the derogatory term is most often used against trans women and transfemmes. The use here of "ladyboy" shows that Hatch associates Orr's lack of fixed gender with humans who do not fit into a simple gender binary, and so is hostile towards Orr, as well.
