Tom Nesbit was a North Shore fisherman and a victim of the Selkie.
In the early 21st century, the Selkie - who had been brought to Earth by Captain Jack Harkness - began murdering and skinning male residents of Seal Island whom she deemed had damaged the Island's women or robbed the place of its ancient treasures.
