Halia Meguid is a vocalist who has performed music composed by Murray Gold during the Steven Moffat era.

Meguid was approached by Gold after he encountered a lyrical cover Meguid had produced of his piece "Doomsday". Her first contribution to the show was singing the Siren's song in "The Curse of the Black Spot", featured on the Series 6 soundtrack album in the track "Deadly Siren". Meguid also performed "Missy's Theme", the leitmotif that accompanied the Michelle Gomez' incarnation of the Master, and was the voice of the Singing Towers.

Meguid also recorded a demo of the beginning of the Long Song from The Rings of Akhaten.
