Template:Jival Chowdry counterparts Jival Chowdry obliviously entered an alternate universe on 25 June 2007, when Donna Noble turned right instead of left.
He ran a photocopy business in Merchant Street, London, and hired Donna as his secretary, but was forced to let her go after the draining and subsequent closure of the Thames caused a downturn in his business.
Chowdry was apparently killed on Christmas Day 2008, when a replica of the Titanic crashed into Central London.
Biography
Sylvia Noble knew of Jival Chowdry through her friend, Suzette. In June 2007, she successfully persuaded her daughter to accept an introduction for a job as a secretary in his photocopy business, instead of going to H.C. Clements.
Mr Chowdry promoted Donna six months later, giving her a new role as his personal assistant. However, the draining of the River Thames by the Tenth Doctor caused a downturn in his business. He sacked her in 2008, and when Donna was sacked she threatened to tell people about Chowdry's "wandering hands".
When a replica of the Titanic crashed into Buckingham Palace, obliterating the city, Sylvia mournfully presumed that everyone they knew was dead. (TV: Turn Left)
