Graham Frake, BSC was the director of photography for the Doctor Who episodes Victory of the Daleks and The Beast Below. At around the same time, he was also working on Mark Gatiss' 2010 adaptation of The First Men in the Moon.

He has had a long career in TV, starting with his placement at BBC Ealing in 1976. Amongst his most notable work outside Doctor Who are episodes of Survivors, The Palace, Primeval, Robin Hood, Waking the Dead and Midsomer Murders.
