Slothe was a settlement on Gallifrey during the Old Time. It was located in the foothold mountains of Outer Gallifrey. It was so named because the people there were very lazy. They hunted and gathered instead of planting crops or keeping livestock, driving the broakir, trunkike, yaddlefish and ulanda to near-extinction.
As punishment for this laziness, a Krafayis was sent to Slothe by Death. The Krafayis was later defeated by Presus. (PROSE: Blind Fury)
