Idris ab Hugh was a Cardiff teenager who was killed at a nightclub off St Mary Street.

Craig Sutherland was demonstrating an emotional amplifier to his friend Rick Dennis. Idris was at the nightclub looking for a fight, along with his friends Geraint Morris and Dai Morris, when one of them crossed the beam. Their aggression was amplified locally and the five youths attacked each other.

His body was found by Torchwood Three, along with the four other youths and a couple of knives. The bodies had bruises, contusions and stab wounds. His death was put down to raging hormones compounded by a badly understood alien device and the case was closed. (PROSE: Slow Decay)
