The Astronomical Clock was a tall structure located on the Old Town Hall (PROSE: The Long Step Backward) in the Old Town Square in Prague. (PROSE: Midnight in the Café of the Black Madonna) It was built in 1410 by Mikulas of Kadan and Jan Ondrejuv and had two faces: one astronomical and the other a calendar. The astronomical face itself had three pointers, for the the sun, the Moon and the Zodiac. (PROSE: The Long Step Backward)
