Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

In 1959, Hawk and his partner Jerome Weismuller were sent to Wales to monitor the progress of an American satellite.

When the satellite crashed near Shangri-La after colliding with a Nostalgia Tours bus, they were sent to recover it. When the Bannermen landed, Hawk and Weismuller were captured, but they were later freed by Ray.

Hawk's hand was burnt when he breached the perimeter of the sonic cone. The Seventh Doctor later gave them what remained of the satellite. (TV: Delta and the Bannermen)

Hawk and Weismuller subsequently informed the CIA's Head Office of the extraterrestrial goings-on they had witnessed. (PROSE: Background)

Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

  • Hawk is never identified with a first name, either in Delta and the Bannermen or in Background.
