'''Clem Fel-Hetch Blathereen''' was one of the [[Blathereen]] criminal group in the [[26th century]] and the cousin of [[Ermenshrew Blathereen]]. He disguised himself as a [[human]] pilot piloting a shuttle taking [[Rose Tyler]] to [[Justicia|Justice Prime]], he was then attacked by [[Dennel]] (who hid aboard the shuttle), they tried to use his palmprint on the shuttle's flight console however his skinsuit was destroyed when a flame from a lighter interacted with his compression field's gas exchange.
