Leonardo Donà was the Doge of Venice in 1609. He headed the Council of Three, which headed the Council of Ten, which headed the Great Council. Ironically, he was also the most powerless person in the city. Like all Doges, was chosen completely at random, and was in his seventies, so he did not have time to accrue any actual power.
