Valarie Lockwood was a companion of the Eleventh Doctor.
Biography
Early life
Valarie was the daughter of Patricia Lockwood and lived with her at 49 Gibson Avenue on Research Rig 6. Like all humans on Earth in the 54th century, she was fitted with a neural interface at the age of three and later elected to have her limbs replaced with robotic versions. She attended university, during which she was supported by her mother, and became a cyberneticist. (AUDIO: The Inheritance)
Meeting the Doctor
Whilst spending time with her mother and Daniel and Simone Simpson, Valarie met the Eleventh Doctor as he homed in on her plasma cutter whilst trying to disarm a bomb. Valarie followed him and was tasked by Arabella Hendricks with assisting him in finding a cure for the Darinthian Blight, but they eventually realised that Hendricks was behind it and allowed Valarie's mother to die.
