Phil Bevan provided line drawings for several short stories and other features published in Doctor Who Magazine and earlier in fanzines.
He also created the cover artwork for the 1987 VHS release of Wartime, which was going to appear on the double-sided cover of the 2015 DVD, however a new artwork was commissioned for both side of that release. .
