This topic might have a better name.
It only seems to be referred to as the "Gallifreyan Shopping Network" in the original video, so I propose that the page is moved there

The Gallifrey Shopping Network was a television channel on Gallifrey. One of its recurring features was "Earth Hour", presented by Lady Estelle. (NOTVALID: What's inside the Doctor Who LEGO set?)
