Liasici was the homeworld of the Foamasi. It had been destroyed in the war with the Argolins, but by 3999 the Foamasi had restored it. This required a lot of money, so Foamasi joined the Galactic Federation to help their economy. Despite this, the economy of the planet was still precarious. (PROSE: Placebo Effect)
