Junior Time Lords were subordinate to older Senior Time Lords. A Junior Time Lord, "a boy of a mere two hundred years", (PROSE: The Three Doctors) assisted in the Temporal Control Room during the First Omega Crisis that required the help of the first three incarnations of the Doctor.
