An incarnation of Adelphi was Second Time Lord when the Time Lords' file on the Doomsday Weapon was lost.
Biography
When a report on the Doomsday Weapon went missing from the Time Lords' files, the Second Time Lord, (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Doomsday Weapon) again having regenerated into another incarnation, was one of those convinced the Master had taken it while making a report to Pandad IV.
