Professor Otterbland was the head of Zero Interest Philosophies at St Oscar's University.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

In 2593, Professor Otterbland went on the St Oscar's expedition to Perfection aboard the Winton. He poked his head out of his tent and shouted in surprise when Menlove Stokes returned to the camp to tell the academics that the Winton had been destroyed and suggested that they wait for St Oscar's to send a rescue mission.

Professor Otterbland was the first to notice a descending Grel spacecraft and fled with his colleagues to the Perfecton city where he found an example of their psychic technology. When Stokes fell into a large hole with them, Professor Otterbland told him how massive the hole was and later asked him if he could bring a Grel back after Stokes used a Perfecton gun on one.

Recognising Thooo as a Perfecton because of his advanced language, Professor Otterbland was amazed. He and the other academics were later rescued from the planet before its destruction by the Winton, restored by Bernice Summerfield. (PROSE: Oh No It Isn't!)

Appearance[[edit] | [edit source]]

Professor Otterbland was bald. He had three blue lines tattooed around his head, which students used as a target for throwing water bombs. (PROSE: Oh No It Isn't!)
