A trip stitch circuit-breaker was a circuit which, if enabled in the psycho-kinetic threshold manipulator of the Daleks, had the effect of preventing them from controlling their movement. This circuit was enabled by the DoctorDonna in the Crucible's control console during the 21st century Dalek invasion, first to the Daleks in the Vault and then to all over the Crucible.
