Dorian Gray was a fictional character and main protagonist of Oscar Wilde's novel The Picture of Dorian Gray. He never aged due to a supernatural portrait in his attic that aged in his stead.

The name of Achromatics was based on this character as "achromatic" meant "grey". (AUDIO: Echoes of Grey)
